Dogs

As a full-time software engineer who works from home, I can look after your dogs all day while you're at work or even take care of them throughout your holiday. I’d be happy to provide dedicated care for your pets during your entire absence, granting you complete peace of mind. Daily updates, including photos, are a given, as I want you to feel connected to your pets even when away.

I have volunteered at DSPCA with dogs and, also fostered them at my own home. 

Cats

While I have a precious feline friend of my own, I offer reliable and loving home visits for your cats, where I'll gladly feed them, engage in playtime, and ensure their litter is clean. I have been helping my neighbors by taking care of their cats for a long time, so I have plenty of experience.

Why pet sitting?

First of all, I just love animals. I feel happy when interacting with cats and dogs. I would love to have some new dog-friends especially if they become recurring visitors to our home.

Also, I know the struggle of finding a pet sitter in Co.Meath as we don't have many because I was there many times myself. That's why I decided to offer this service to help out other pet owners.

Moreover, by choosing my services, you contribute to a greater cause, as I am aiming to donate portion of the earnings to animal charities, supporting those less fortunate animals in need.

I only accept dogs that are fine with cats. My cat Charlie is a good boy but I would not like any incident to happen between him and our new furry friends. 

I am sure he would be happy to have a company during the day as he has recently lost his 10 years old brother and is feeling lonely sometimes. While he would not easily accept another cat at home (by his cat’s nature), I know he would be happy with dogs. I have experience fostering small dogs and he was absolutely fine with them. 

I have a car, so I can get to pretty much anywhere in Ashbourne and Ratoath if you need home visits. As for the dogs’ daycare or staycation, you can drop them off anytime in the morning and pick them up after work or on the return from your holidays.

Services

• I am available in the mornings, afternoons and evenings for daycare and 24 hrs for overnight onboarding. While for the home visits and dog walking only between 12.30 and 13.30 for 1 hr Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri. I am flexible on the weekends, but my availability can differ from week to week. So, it needs to be confirmed with me before booking.
• I can administer medication if your pet is on some medical treatment. Also, I can bring your pets to the vet if required.
• When I do home visits for your cats, I can also take care of some other things like pulling out and in your bins on collection days, watering your plants if needed. A visit would usually last the time required to do everything we agreed on, plus some play time with the cat if required.
• Dog walks are 1 hr in total with the pick up and drop off of your dog. The actual walk would be around 45 mins.
