At the age of 18 I was lucky enough to have my first dog, Inti, a very playful boxer. That day changed my life and my routine forever. I discovered the pleasure of going for a walk in the neighbourhood with him, no matter if it was a long or a short walk. It gave me a deep joy to see him enjoying playing on the grass or meeting new friends.&nbsp;
I always made it a priority to teach him new things and help him discover new places and new sensations. It was a great success! With a lot of love and dedication he had a very happy life!&nbsp;
I love to share time with dogs, I am the typical person that in the street will approach any dog and try to play with him.
I have more than 10 years of experience living with and taking care of dogs, my own and also of family and friends.
My current job allows me to have all the afternoons free, so I would love to walk and share time with your pet.
My walks are a minimum of one hour, where we will look for a green space for your dog to play, run and discharge energy. We will learn to walk properly, obey basic commands and socialize. I’ve grown up surrounded by animals. Dogs, cats, birds, fishes and sheep. Having pets have always been important to me. My husband Paul, often joins me on dog sitting/walking assignments. We have nearly always had pets (6 dogs during a time, birds and fishes) throughout our lives. I don’t have the opportunity to have pets at present due to small house and garden, but I would care for your pet/s with genuine affection.&nbsp;I have experience in pet sitting and walking dogs (with large / giant dogs as well).The dog walks would consist in a long walk (at least 4 km) in the morning and/or in the afternoon. I am available to do home visits, few hours day care or dogs can be minded at my home if needed. Overnight stays at your home can also be discussed.

Hi there, Im Siobhan. I'm 24 years old and I’m an avid animal lover born and bred in Dublin. I studied civil engineering before working as a management consultant for three years. In June I took a leave of absence from my job, to travel for a year and I have been fortunate to spend the last few months in South East Asia. For family reasons I find myself at home for the next few months, before I embark on further travels.

I grew up around dogs and our own two dogs Lady &amp; Rascal were my best pals. As a teenager I minded friends' and grandparents dogs and cats when they were away, and still do whenever I get the chance. When I was in secondary school I had some voluntary experience in the local vet clinic. 

My job enabled me to work remotely and I took the opportunity to mind some lovely dogs, cats and even chickens whilst seeing and staying in other parts of Ireland through Trusted Housesitters. 

Since our own dogs passed away, I miss their company and I really enjoy meeting and minding others pets! Having heard from my sister's positive experiences on Pawshake, I have thought pet sitting would be right up my alley for a long time, and the timing seems right for me now so I'm really looking forward taking care of some pets!
