I have blown in from the sunny shores of South Africa, Durban to be specific.  

I started pet sitting about four years ago when I was living in a flat and could not have pets of my own. My pet sitting services not only provided a comfortable and safe environment for the animals I looked after, but they also
gave me the opportunity to spend time with them.

It started as just a fun way to make money and hang out with the cool kids (the animals), but it has now become a passion. It has been my experience that some animals can become stressed in the absence of their owners, so allowing them to remain in their own home, with the same routine they are used to, is something that is quite important to me. I think for some families this also provides a greater comfort and less worry during their holidays or events. My job as a pet sitter is to give you peace of mind, and your animals a feeling of security and comfort too.

During the last few years that I lived in South Africa, I worked at a Veterinary Practice that not only had a hospital for major (and minor) procedures, but also regular consult rooms for day-to-day work. I also had the privilege of working with an exotics veterinarian, so I had the opportunity to work with all kinds of animals. This was an absolute dream job for me. My role at the vet provided me with a great deal of experience and knowledge...as well as many cuddles with all the beautiful pets. 

I am devoted to animals of all kinds...scales, fluff, feathers, and tails...and a plant enthusiast, so if you need someone to look after your whole house while you're away, I'm your girl. 

I do need to mention here that I have a Monday to Friday full time day job. If you need me during the week I would be more than happy to be there, I will leave to go to work from your home and return to your home in the evenings.
