I have relocated between Liverpool and Ireland after 16 years working at a children's hospital and am returning to a career in pet care. I currently have 2 rescue cats, a bearded dragon and a 23 year old leopard gecko of my own, and currently live with a dog, 4 cats, a duck, 2 tortoise and 2 goldfish. I have several years experience of cat, dog and small animal care in a professional capacity including four years at an RSPCA rescue centre and four years at boarding kennels and catteries. 

I currently provide staff holiday cover for a boarding cattery in County Kildare and work part time a local stables caring for 16 horses as well as having lifelong experience looking after my own variety of pets. I have an NVQ2 in Small animal care and Diplomas in Feline behaviour and psychology, Animal welfare and Canine first aid.

I am happy to look after pets of any age as I am experienced with all stages including hand rearing of cats, dogs and sheep.

I'm able to administer medication including injections, as I have had a diabetic cat of my own. I can also look after multiple pets in the home or garden as required. I will follow any instructions provided and will ensure your pet is safe and well cared for. Transport to veterinary appointments can be provided if requested. Photo updates will be sent each day. Daily visits for up to 1 hour or overnight pet/house sitting available. 

I have a full clean driving licence and my own car, I have an up to date enhanced police check certificate.
