Hello, my name is Rachel. I'm a 26 year old animal lover who would love to spend her days off work minding your animals while you're at work or enjoying a nice break away. 

I have a veterinary nursing degree and worked as a veterinary nurse for 3 years before going into shift work. I also have a bioscience degree that I carried out after the nursing degree. With this veterinary nursing degree came a massive love for all animals as well as advancing my knowledge on animal handling, medication administration, animal behaviour and diet. Having worked in practice for 3 years I encountered so many different breeds with all types of personalities. I have such a soft spot for animals and I miss working with them everyday! 

Due to my change in career, I don't get to spend as much time with animals as I would like so I would love nothing more than to fill my time off taking care of furry friends, be it walking, pet sitting or house calls. 

I have two collies of my own so am very experienced with high energy dogs but have also had my fair share of quiet cats and dogs over my lifetime. 

Due to the fact I have my own dogs at home I would not be available to pet sit in my own home but I am available to do so from your home which I feel is better for your animal as they are in a familiar surrounding with their home comforts. As well as feeding, walking, litter/toilet pick up I am also able to administer any medication your animal may be on, and clip nails (if possible on my own).
