Hi there! 

My name is Heather and I live in Dun Laoghaire. I have been really enjoying pet minding these last few months. A friend introduced this to me because I was telling her how I don't want to commit to getting fur babies for myself here in Ireland until my partner and I officially buy a place, but a home feels like it's missing something without them. We moved here from the states in 2021 and the plan was to stay here for just a year, but with his family in Clare and mine nearby as well, we have decided to stay. 

With that said, I've always had a dog or cat of my own. My parents are huge on animals so that's definitely where I get it from! I've only really grown up with cats and dogs, but I'm open to minding other animals too. I absolutely love all animals. I got my bachelor's in psychology and took quite a few classes on animal behavior. For now I'm taking a break from school and pursuing a creative freelancing career, so most of the time I'm working from home and I only work part-time. That's why the pet minding really suits! I'm also in a veryyy friendly dog neighborhood. :D
