I'm from Brasil, there I have 5 dogs, one of them is paraplegic, so I really now take care of them if needs something like this. Here I've already taken care of some in my house, or just to take for a walk. I like to walk them, I have one in my house, a large male, so if necessary I can walk with large dogs, in Brazil I have a German Dog, 3 French bulldog and 2 without a defined breed. I have some periods that I can be taking care of your pet, or we can analyse if you have the need for me to stay with him in my house, as long as your dog is friendly with other dogs and with mine in my house, I have space, he lives inside but we have a large outdoor area and also a daily routine with him of outdoor walks.
