My name is Fiona. I am Irish and just recently moved home after spending 6 years in Budapest, Hungary. I'm currently setting up my own social media marketing business and working part time also!

I am living in Midleton at the moment with my family and two dogs. I am happy to do house sitting and dog/pet sitting. My dogs do not need to come as they can stay with my family, unless of course you think your dog would enjoy the company :)

During my time in Budapest, I started fostering dogs and providing them with a safe, comfortable and love-filled space for rehabilitation before moving on to their forever homes. I really loved this experience, and it really helped me understand how unique every dog is and how we need to respect them for this. I may have also foster failed once and ended up bringing my dog Lilo to Ireland. 

After a while, I started to get asked to mind dogs by people who adopted my previous fosters as they trusted me. As word-of-mouth grew, I decided to start my own dog sitting service which I successfully ran until I left Budapest recently. One of the reasons I started the service was because I had my own dog and I knew how hard it was to find a trust worthy sitter who would allow my dog to be relaxed and happy while I was away. 

I have experience with both dog sitting from my home and also with house sitting and coming to feed pets etc :)

As a dog sitter, I also provided onboard dog training including lead training, basic obedience and socialisation.

I also had my own dog walking service in Budapest and walked with multiple dogs each day around the city.

I recently completed a professional dog trainer course and I'm currently studying a certification for applied canine ethology.  

Currently I'm more available Tuesday afternoon-Sunday night as I'm doing part time work Monday and Tuesday mornings which means I won't be available from 5am-2pm those days or if your dog is fine alone for this time period with a long walk before and after my work hours then I'm happy to house sit those day too :)
