Hi! My name is Amy Lalor. I'm 23 years old and I work in a creche in Quin, county Clare.

I've always loved animals. I'm from a farm in Tipperary and had the best childhood ever, growing up with lots of lovely pets including dogs, cats, horses, cows, chickens, and ducks. I really love all animals and love looking after them. I recently moved to Limerick from Tipperary and I miss having animals around me. I love cuddling them, feeding them, exercising them and playing with them. I honestly love everything to do with having a pet. My motivation to become a sitter is because I miss looking after animals and if I can do that, and help their owner out too, then it seems like a great idea.

I have so much experience with caring for animals. My friends and family often tell me that I am an animal whisperer because animals come to me straight away and I think it is because they can sense that I love them. They seem to always feel safe with me because they know that I will look after them.

I have my own transport so I can drive anywhere around my area. I also have a big garden at my house in limerick and a lot of walking trails near me so I can look after animals there and bring them for walks. It's a very safe area with a lot of kind people around.
